We want you to be satisfied! If for any reason you are not happy with your Solar Dock Lite you may return it within 10 days of receiving your lights for a full refund. Unfortunately in today's world credit card charge backs for merchants like us are quite expensive. We don't feel you should have to pay a charge back fee so to compensate for this matter all refunds will be issued via a Lake lite Inc. check in your name. We apologize for any inconveniences.
